Born in Quito, Ecuador, Jay Suarez resides in Milton, GA and has spent the past 26 years in the United States, building a distinguished career in technology. Over 2 decades, Jay has led numerous teams and played a pivotal role in driving innovation and excellence in the tech industry.

 

Jay's passion for martial arts and combat sports began at a young age, inspired by his father, who was a boxer. This deep-rooted love for martial arts led Jay to earn a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Combining his experience leading and coaching with his dedication to martial arts, Jay now teaches Jiu-Jistu for self-defense to busy executives, empowering them with practical skills and confidence.
